This page contains the terms and conditions on which www.redcherryprints.co.uk supplies products to customers. By purchasing from this site customers will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

DATA SECURITY

Red Cherry Prints uses Create.net as its website platform provider, and this is where your customer data is collated and held. Create.net has the highest levels of security including full SSL encryption along with other security measures that provide protection for the data shared between the web server and the browser. SSL site security is evidenced by the green padlock and a url which begins https:// in the browser bar.

PAYMENT

Red Cherry Prints is a secure shopping site and accepts all major credit cards through the world's leading secure payment provider, Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from Red Cherry Prints, you can choose the option to pay as a guest when you are directed to the Paypal site.

RETURNS

We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return your item please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing [email protected]  We are not obliged to accept returns that are not notified in advance to us or that are notified to us later than 14 days from receipt of item.

In order for a refund to be issued the item should then be returned within 14 days and should be sufficiently packaged so that it is returned in re-saleable condition. It is recommended that you use a tracked method of postage so that you have proof of returning the item as we cannot issue refunds for return items that are lost in transit without proof of sending, or are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. 

Please note that the refund will not include return postage, the cost of which is incurred by the buyer. Where an item is deemed faulty on receipt by the buyer, return postage costs will also be refunded (evidence of fault will be required).

Refunds are usually made as soon as the return item is received, but in accordance with Consumer Rights regulations will be made no later than 14 days of receiving the returned item.

DATA PROTECTION

To purchase from Red Cherry Prints we need to collect your name, address and email address. This information is used only to fulfil orders or to communicate about an order. We will never share these details with a third party (unless we have made special delivery arrangements for a bulk order that necessitates passing delivery details to a courier service). We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details which are handled by secure third party payment providers.

PRIVACY

From time to time we may contact customers about new products, special offers and site promotions. This may take the form of emails, newsletters and brochures. These will be infrequent but if you would prefer not to receive any communications from us, please let us know by email or by using the contact form.
